All of the doctors privately bill and require full payment on the day of your appointment. Some doctors bulk bill DVA pension card holders. Some doctors offer a reduced rate for current Pension and Health Care Card holders. This tables shows fees for most commonly used consultations only. Some doctors may have different fees. There are fees for other types of consultations eg: ear suction, skin excisions, contraceptive implant insertion. Please ask your health professional for details. There are EFTPOS and credit card facilities for your convenience.

Most doctors run by appointment, however urgent matters may be attended to without an appointment. Please ring ahead to see if there is a doctor available. Please note that your usual doctor may not be available. In emergencies always ring 000.

In addition to consultation fees, a facility/clinic fee will be charged for all medical supplies used in procedures, dressings and certain vaccines.  The fee applies to all patients (including concession holders). If you are having financial difficulties please speak with the reception team before your appointment, either in person or via the phone.

Some consultations require more time. Some doctors only available to perform medicals and procedures at certain times of the day. Please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment if it is for something other than a normal consultation.  e.g., appointments regarding insurance, licence medicals, and Aged Health Assessments as they take longer than a normal consultation.

Please don’t hesitate to ask the receptionist for a long consultation if you feel you need it.  Our Geelong GPs are only too happy to see you for the length of time necessary to go through your needs and issues. Please note that a standard consultation is for one standard medical issue (eg earache, cough). The doctors request you book a longer appointment if you have more than one medical issue or a complex issue (eg mental health issue, new pregnancy).

Call Health e Medical Centre Geelong on 03 5223 9999.

  • A minimum of one (1) hour notice is requested to cancel an appointment, so that it can be made available to another patient.  Failing to cancel an appointment without 1 hour notice may incur a late payment fee
